5 Daily Affirmations to Feel Like THAT B!

There are so many outside factors that play a part in our everyday lives, that’s why it’s important to get up everyday, look in the mirror, and tell yourself, “I am that bitch!”. Bad days are going to be inevitable, but you should never allow anything to make you feel less than what you are, and that’s a strong, phenomenal woman!

There are so many ways that I build and maintain my self-confidence but daily affirmations are my number one go-to! I actually say affirmations out loud to myself every morning before getting my day started. After, I wash up and brush my teeth I will look in the mirror and repeat affirmations to get my day going. I find that when I’m consistent with my affirmations and whole heartedly believe in them, the more successful I am.

If some days you find yourself struggling with feelings of low self-worth or just feeling more unmotivated than usual, I definitely suggest you try repeating these 5 daily affirmations. I guarantee you will begin to get through your days feeling like your best self! Whenever you have a sense of positivity and confidence within yourself you will notice that your days tend to be more productive.

There are so many daily affirmations but I know it’s unlikely to repeat 50 affirmations each morning, so I wanted to come up with something more reasonable. So, I’ve narrowed it down to the top 5 affirmations that if you repeat daily, are guaranteed to make you feel like like that B, every single day!

  1. I am aware of my potential and what I have to offer this world.
    • So this affirmation is important because you always have to be aware of your potential no matter what. If you are aware of your potential then it doesn’t really matter who else may not see it, it may not be for them to see. When you know your worth and what you have to offer the world, you understand the importance of your existence. When you understand the importance of your existence, you move more confidently because you know that the world needs you.
  2. There will be obstacles along the way, but there is no obstacle that I cannot overcome.
    • This affirmation is one of my faves because it sets the expectation for obstacles, so when they do occur you won’t panic. Repeating this affirmation daily will make you a boss when it comes to controlling situations that are unexpectedly thrown at you. Our first instinct is to panic at times because we don’t see an outcome, or we don’t see a good outcome. When you tell yourself each day that there is no obstacle that you cannot overcome, you will start to see a shift in how confidently you carry yourself, knowing that you are capable of handling anything!
  3. I am not only beautiful because of what’s on the outside, but also because of what’s on the inside.
    • When you feel beautiful on the outside, we can agree that we walk around with our heads held little bit higher. That’s why it’s important to feel that same kind of beautiful, but on the inside. Say you’re having a bad hair day or having a hard time putting together an outfit, your day is going to start off not so good. When you recognize and acknowledge your inner beauty, a bad hair day won’t stop you from feeling like a bad B! When you tell yourself each day that you are also beautiful because of your inner self, there won’t be anyone or any situation that can make you think otherwise!
  4. No one can allow me to feel less than because I’ve proven to myself how strong I am.
    • Now this affirmation goes a long way because this one is backed by the strength you’ve showed yourself all of these years. I’m pretty sure you’ve had a day where someone has said something very belittling and hurtful to you and you spend time feeling down and even starting to feel that there is truth behind what was said. People have bad days and often try to take it out on others, but I don’t allow people to do that to me. When someone says something belittling to you, you can laugh at it because if anyone knows, YOU know just how strong you are.
  5. The woman I want to be is already here or on her way!
    • If you are someone who constantly feels that you are nowhere where you want to be in life, this affirmation is perfect for you! It is easy for us to feel that we are so far away from the person we are working towards, but honey, you could be much closer than you think! You have to stop and realize how far you’ve actually came. Of course, we are always going to want to improve but you have to give yourself credit for your growth thus far! And honestly, if you think about where you were 2 years or even a year ago, you probably are the version of yourself now that you were working to be then!

Ladies, we are so hard on ourselves and barely give ourselves the credit we deserve. We have to normalize filling ourselves with positive affirmations daily to keep us motivated and thriving in our daily lives.
